These terms govern your use of the TrueSpec Automotive website and your engagement of TrueSpec Automotive ("TrueSpec", "we", "us") for vehicle sourcing, importation, and delivery services in Nigeria. By browsing this site, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
TrueSpec sources, verifies, ships, clears, and delivers vehicles on behalf of clients. Listings on this site describe vehicles we currently hold, have sourced, or can source, and are provided for information — they are not a binding offer until we've confirmed availability and pricing with you directly.
Prices shown are in Nigerian Naira and are based on our landed-cost estimates at the time of listing. Prices can change without notice due to exchange-rate movements, shipping-cost changes, or import-duty adjustments, and are only locked in once confirmed in writing with you. Unless we state otherwise, listed prices already account for the costs we build into landing a vehicle in Nigeria, but any bank charges, transfer fees, or fees specific to your payment method are your responsibility.
Where we state an estimated delivery window (for example, 6–8 weeks from order confirmation), this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual delivery time depends on factors outside our control, including sourcing availability, shipping schedules, port congestion, customs clearance, and documentation. We'll keep you updated if a delay looks likely, but we're not liable for delays caused by carriers, ports, customs, or other third parties.
We do our best to verify and accurately describe every vehicle we list, including sourcing condition reports and, where available, VIN history through Tokunbo Verify. Vehicles sourced internationally are sold based on the condition and specification confirmed to you before purchase. We are not liable for issues that were disclosed to you prior to purchase, or that could not reasonably have been identified through standard inspection and documentation at the time of sourcing.
Payment terms (deposit amounts, balance due dates, and accepted payment methods) will be confirmed with you directly before an order is placed. An order is only confirmed once the agreed deposit has been received. We'll always give you our official payment details directly — we are not responsible for payments made to accounts or individuals not confirmed by us in writing.
Cancellation and refund terms depend on how far your order has progressed (for example, whether a vehicle has already been purchased or shipped on your behalf) and will be discussed with you at the time of ordering. Where a vehicle has already been purchased or is in transit, costs already incurred on your behalf may not be refundable.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, TrueSpec's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the vehicle or service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Information you share with us — including contact details submitted through inquiries or order tracking — is used only to fulfil your request and communicate with you about it. We don't sell your information to third parties.
We may update these terms from time to time as our business or Nigerian import regulations change. The version posted here is the one that applies.
This engagement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
